These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (the client) and iGrroww, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
iGrroww offers website development, eCommerce solutions, digital marketing, and related IT services. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines of your project will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
Any additional features or major changes requested after the initial agreement may incur extra charges and delay the project timeline.
The client must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, product details, and login credentials) required to complete the project. iGrroww is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide materials on time.
The client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, or photos provided to iGrroww are owned by the client, or that the client has permission to use them.
All service fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. We require upfront payments for specific plans (like the Pre-Built Store) before any work begins. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or hosting.
Upon final payment, the client owns the website design and content. However, iGrroww retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
iGrroww shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.
