At iGrroww, we dedicate extensive time, expertise, and resources to every project. Because our services involve immediate labor and third-party expenses, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Payments made for custom website development or pre-built eCommerce setups are non-refundable once the project development, design phase, or initial setup has commenced.
If a refund is requested before any work has started, iGrroww reserves the right to deduct a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Fees paid for digital marketing campaigns, SEO services, or social media management are strictly non-refundable. These are ongoing services requiring continuous effort. Any ad budget spent on platforms like Google or Facebook cannot be recovered.
Payments made for Domain Name Registration, SSL Certificates, Web Hosting, or premium third-party plugins are entirely non-refundable. These are purchased on your behalf and cannot be cancelled once activated.
Clients may cancel their ongoing maintenance or support subscriptions at any time. However, cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed directly with iGrroww. Initiating unwarranted chargebacks through your bank or payment provider will result in immediate suspension of all associated services.
